- 70% balance to be covered by bank guarantee for CLI to proceed with transfer of title
TERMS OF PAYMENT FOR HOUSE AND LOT PACKAGE:

- 35% additional payment - after 50% completion of house construction
- 35% balance after 100% completion of house construction and issuance of title

- 20% down payment plus other charges less reservation fee (or amount in excess of 2 million maximum Pag-ibig loan) payable
in full or in 3 months installments with zero interest to commence within 30 days from reservation. House construction starts
only after full payment of down payment.
- Upon full payment of the above, documents will be forwarded to Pag-ibig for immediate processing.
3. Thru Bank Financing:

of Ayala Land, Inc. owns and manages the company. In addition to Cebu Landmasters, Inc.,
Mr. Soberano is also involved in his other businesses, as follows:

of fashion accessories, home decors costume jewelries, promotional & gift items. This company has been
in operations for 22 years and is managed together with his spouse, Ma. Rosario B. Soberano.
2. SR Mining Industries - a mining and quarrying outfit,
which supplies raw and processed silica sand to such companies as Atlas Fertilizer Corp., and Grand Cement
Corp.
3. J. Soberano Builders - a manpower contractor company that offer
services in fabrication and civil works to K & A Metal Industries Inc., a major contractor of Tsuneishi
Heavy Industries, a shipbuilding conglomerate operating in Balamban, Cebu.
4. ABS Consultants - a company engaged in management consultancy
services primarily in Real Estate Planning & Development.
